EU Leonardo da Vinci Project ,, European Qualification Framework – a tool linking various systems of teaching Production Process Organizers”

The project primarily responds  to the lack on the Polish market of defined occupation: a production process organizer, while abroad, people are trained for this occupation. The transfer of the knowledge and previous experience of the partners in this regard will allow to define the occupation for the Polish needs while foreign partners will be able to define the correctness of their own definition of the occupation towards the market needs

3Project’s  research regarding this occupation, carried out by all partners, will  allow to define all the competences required from people performing this occupation  and will make it possible to indicate all the positions on which the occupation would be useful .

The main objective of the Project is to create the scope of training modules in accordance with the international MES methodology (Modules of Employable Skills) for the employees dealing with production process organization and to define  qualification level of production process organizer according to  the European Qualification Framework. It is a solution recommended by the European Commission which allows to draw comparisons between qualifications of the people in training and of the employees in the EU states.

The project activities include:

-         a survey in partners' countries of the tasks performed by persons employed as a production organizer,

-         defining according to the test results  the competencies required on such positions,

-         defining the competence gaps of people employed in positions related to the organization of production in   the partners countries, thus enabling the preparation of training modules,

-         promotion of the results.
